  • OnStar Turn-by-Turn Navigation2
    OnStar Turn-by-Turn Navigation is the simplest and smartest navigation system and part of OnStar's award-winning Directions & Connections Plan. Through voice-guided directions, it can help you find your way to an address, business or practically any destination using our database of over 10 million points-of-interest. Stopping to ask for directions, fumbling with maps or printing out web directions are a thing of the past.

  • Automatic Air Bag Deployment Response3
    In the event that your front air bags deploy, your vehicle automatically sends a signal to OnStar and an Advisor will attempt to contact you in the vehicle. If you do not respond, the Advisor will automatically contact a nearby emergency services provider with your vehicle location.

  • Emergency Services
    In an emergency, push the red OnStar emergency button and we can quickly contact a nearby emergency service provider with your location and request for help.

  • Crisis Assist
    During severe weather, natural disasters, or other crisis events, push your red or blue OnStar button to access additional services.
  • Stolen Vehicle Assistance
    If you report your vehicle stolen, OnStar can work with authorities to attempt to locate your vehicle.4

  • Remote Door Unlock
    Just call 1.888.4.ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827) and provide the OnStar Advisor with your account number and PIN number, and an Advisor can send a signal to unlock your door (if available on your vehicle).5 If you are a TTY user, please call us toll free at 1.877.248.2080 or email us at TTY@onstar.com for assistance.
  • Roadside Assistance
    Whether you need gas, a tire changed, or your car towed, an OnStar Advisor can contact help on your behalf.
  • Remote Horn And Lights
    OnStar can flash your exterior lights and sound your horn if you are having trouble locating your vehicle.
  • Driving Directions
    Get Driving Directions to practically any destination via a live OnStar advisor. (Not available with Safe & Sound Plan.)
